Checklist 2 - Consumables For You

· Disposable breast pads (1 pack will be ok to start with but you’ll probably need to get more, especially if you are breastfeeding. I found the Tommee Tippee ones very good)

· Maternity towels (4 or 5 packs to start with, for the bleeding that occurs after birth)

· Disposable pants (4 packs, for use at first when the bleeding is heavy)

· Mild body wash (so you can use it on the sore bits!)

· Nipple cream (I recommend Lanisoh, just a thin layer on the sore nipple works wonders)

· Mild laundry detergent (like Fairy non-bio)
